We ordered this for our puppy. We spend a lot of time in the water. I wanted to make sure he was safe and wouldn’t get tired. He isn’t bothered by the vest. In fact he seems very comfortable in it. I love the handle. When he swims out to me on the board I grab the handle and pull him up. Works like a charm.
